As a leading Community Services Centre in Brampton and surrounding communities, we provide accessible, high-impact programmes that help individuals and families build stability, independence, and long-term success.
Our reach extends across Peel Region including Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga; Halton Region including Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Halton Hills; and throughout Waterloo and Kitchener. Comprehensive Community Support Hub
W.A.Y. serves as an integrated support centre providing services customised to varied community requirements. Whether supporting immigrants adjusting to a new environment, young people identifying career goals, or families confronting housing concerns, we offer unified and comprehensive care.
Our presence as a Community Services Centre in Caledon, Community Services Centre in Mississauga, Community Services Centre in Oakville, Community Services Centre in Burlington, and Community Services Centre in Halton Hills ensures that individuals across regions have access to consistent, high-quality services. Our integrated model connects housing support, employment readiness, settlement assistance, and health referrals into a cohesive pathway toward stability and prosperity.
Newcomer Settlement Services
Welcoming newcomers across all supported regions is central to our work. As a specialised newcomer and immigrant support centre, we recognise the challenges individuals encounter when establishing themselves in a new country.
We offer interpretation support, cultural education, settlement planning, and guidance through essential public services. Our objective is to support seamless adjustment, encourage confident participation, and build lasting stability. Through personalised case management and community connections, individuals gain clarity, confidence, and practical direction during a critical life transition.
Workforce and Skills Advancement
Long-term career success starts with self-belief, structured training, and access to opportunity. Through targeted employment counselling, we assist individuals in recognising their strengths, refining career objectives, and building market-relevant skills.
We support clients through workforce readiness training, life skills development, interview preparation, and career mentorship. By bridging participants with real employment pathways and competency development, we encourage lasting economic stability. Youth participants benefit from leadership development initiatives that cultivate resilience, communication skills, and workplace readiness. These workforce-centred programmes are structured to deliver tangible, sustainable results in every region.
Housing Stability and Shelter Support
Secure housing is the cornerstone of long-term stability and well-being. We move beyond emergency aid by offering transitional housing guidance, holistic support services, and sustainable housing strategies.

Community Health and Well-being
